Mei offers a complete range of the common methods of Internet access:
- Dial-up access for indivual PC's using either ISDN or analog modems.
- Dial-up access for LAN over ISDN. This is the most popular choice for small and medium sized organizations.
- Leased lines from 64 kilobits/sec to 2 megabits/sec are reserved
for clients who require higher volumes, "alway on" connections. Leased
lines also offer the possibility of hosting publically accessible Internet
servers at the client's location.

Mei is watching closely the emerging availabity new "last mile" technologies for business access to Internet are beginning to arrive in France at the end of 2000 and in 2001. Mei is investigating each of the following local loop possibilities:
- DSL: In the American market, DSL seems to be surging ahead
of cable as a choice for buisness an professional access. We expect
the same to be true in France, although occurring 12 to 18 months later
than the USA.
